Jae Phillips Dance Studios – Membership & Event Agreement

By signing up for any membership, group class, private lesson, or event with Jae Phillips Dance Studios, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

• All payments for memberships, private lessons, group classes, and events are final.

• There are no refunds for any reason, including missed classes, unused sessions, or schedule changes.

• Memberships, classes, lessons, and event tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or sold to another individual.

2. Cancellation Policy (Memberships Only)

• To cancel your membership, you must provide at least 30 days advance written notice before your next billing date.

• Cancellations must be submitted via email or through our official cancellation form.

3. Attendance & Missed Sessions

• Missed classes, workshops, or private lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• It is your responsibility to attend scheduled sessions and events.

4. Safety & Participation

• Dance is a physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and are responsible for your own well-being.
